Anxiety symptoms will quite often include exaggerating problems or constant worrying, easily agitated, being unreasonable, headaches, stomach aches and chest pains. You can stop anxiety attacks with the help of your family doctor. Scientists have been looking into the reasons for anxiety disorders. They have discovered it comes from these three sources, a person’s genes, environmental situations, and chemical abnormalities in the brain.

Research shows there is a definite correlation between heredity and certain illnesses. The brain’s neurotransmitters have the ability to send messages throughout the brain. Correct flow can be intreupted by inordinate amounts of certain chemicals in the brain. Then there are the effects of one’s environment that can be the cause of anxiety. Going through stressful situations such as the death of someone very close, divorce or being in the military can all be contributing factors that worsen anxiety.

Anxiety attacks are quite different from the usual butterflies you may feel when asked to speak in public or starting a new job. When an anxiety attack hits you feel like you are seriously going to die. People experiencing anxiety symptoms will seek medical care at a hospital three or four times before a proper diagnosis is made.

It is imperative to see a doctor to get the testing necessary if you suspect you have an axiety disorder. Being able to complete even the simplest tasks will be impossible without professional intervention and care to stop anxiety attacks.
